Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RocketEcomAds. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rocketecomads.com (the “Site”) and any related products, digital deliverables, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or purchasing from RocketEcomAds, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

Quick summary: We sell digital creative services and deliverables such as The Unlimited Email Kit, Infographics, UGC Vertical Ads, and other ad packages. Your purchase may require you to provide a creative brief, assets, and/or (for certain UGC orders) ship a product for production.

1) Our services

RocketEcomAds provides digital advertising creatives and ecommerce marketing deliverables, including (but not limited to): video ad editing/creation, UGC-style vertical ads, infographic-style ads, and email marketing deliverables such as modular HTML email sections and design libraries.

Your order may require you to submit details via checkout, forms, or email (for example: brand guidelines, offer details, required claims/disclaimers, copy, logos, product information, and creative direction). You are responsible for ensuring information you provide is accurate and you have the rights to use any assets you upload or share.

Important: We do not provide legal advice. If your advertising requires disclosures, regulated claims, or platform policy compliance, you are responsible for ensuring the final use of the deliverables meets applicable laws and platform terms.

2) Eligibility & restricted products (right to decline)

We reserve the right to decline and refund orders that request creatives for products or services we consider illegal, explicit, unsafe, misleading, or otherwise ineligible for our services (including where platform policies would likely prohibit the advertising).

Examples of restricted categories (non-exhaustive):

  • Drugs, alcohol, or controlled substances
  • Weapons (including firearms, weapon parts, or knives marketed for self-defense)
  • Explicit or adult items
  • Branded/copyrighted replicas or counterfeit goods
  • High-risk/regulated categories where compliance cannot be reasonably confirmed
  • Any product/service that is illegal in your target market

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible, contact us before ordering at admin@rocketecomads.com.

If an order is placed for an ineligible product, a RocketEcomAds team member will contact you with options on how to proceed. Where appropriate, we may issue a refund. Refund timing may vary depending on payment processor timelines.

3) Delivery of physical products (UGC orders)

For UGC orders that require a physical product, you are responsible for delivering the product to the location specified by RocketEcomAds (including any shipping costs). Production timelines may depend on the product arriving and on receiving your required brief and approvals.

Note: If you do not provide required information, approvals, or (where applicable) the physical product in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed and refunds may not be available once production has started.

4) Your responsibilities

  • Accurate information: You agree to provide true, complete, and accurate information and to update it if it changes.
  • Rights & permissions: You confirm you own or have permission to use all text, music, videos, images, logos, trademarks, and other assets you provide, and that your use will not violate third-party rights.
  • No misuse: You may not use our Site/Services to engage in illegal activity, harassment, threats, discrimination, or spamming.
  • Platform compliance: You are responsible for your ad account, landing pages, claims, and compliance with platform rules (Meta/TikTok/etc.).

5) Use of reference footage & substitutions

If you do not provide sufficient usable footage or assets, we may use stock or publicly available reference clips where appropriate to complete the deliverables. Due to limited online content, occasionally we may use products that are similar but not exact to the product being sold. If you want your own footage featured, you can upload clips at checkout (where available) or email a download link to admin@rocketecomads.com.

6) Refunds & revisions

Important: Where there is any inconsistency between older site text and the Refunds & Revisions Policy, the Refunds & Revisions Policy governs.

7) Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.

8) Accounts, electronic communications & acceptable use

By using the Site or sending emails to RocketEcomAds, you consent to receive electronic communications. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with site operations, or uploading malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your conduct is harmful or violates these Terms.

9) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and layouts) is owned by RocketEcomAds or licensed to RocketEcomAds, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission, except as permitted by law.

10) Third-party links & services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). RocketEcomAds is not responsible for the contents of Linked Sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

11) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from use of the Site or Services.

Ad performance: We do not guarantee performance outcomes (e.g., ROAS, conversions, CTR). Results depend on many factors outside our control, including offer quality, landing pages, ad account status, targeting, budget, and market conditions.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RocketEcomAds (including its officers, directors, employees, and contractors) from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site/Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful conduct, or for operational/security reasons.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RocketEcomAds’ operating location, without regard to conflict of laws principles. (If you need a specific jurisdiction clause for your business registration/location, we can tighten this section.)

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page and will supersede prior versions. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
