Refund policy

Overview

This Refunds & Revisions Policy applies to RocketEcomAds digital products and services, including (but not limited to): The Unlimited Email Kit, Infographics (Story & Feed Posts), UGC Vertical Ads, Single Vertical Ads, and Vertical Ad Packages.

Because our products are digital and/or custom-made to order, refunds are only available in limited circumstances. To be eligible under this policy, the delivered work must be materially defective, contain errors, or be unfit for use relative to the agreed order requirements.

If you are unable to contact us from the email address that originally received the product/deliverables, we may require proof of purchase (e.g., screenshot including order number) to confirm you are the recipient of the goods delivered.

Refunds

Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the time and production costs required to create custom digital work.

12-hour refund window (before work starts)

If you request a refund within 12 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund only if production has not started. “Production started” includes planning, scripting, researching, designing, editing, building HTML, setting up a library, creating drafts, or any billable work.

No refunds after production starts / after delivery

Once production has started, or once any portion of the deliverables has been created or delivered, the order becomes non-refundable.

Product-specific notes

• Unlimited Email Kit: production typically begins once order preferences and required brand details/assets are received (or once you request us to commence). Once we begin building your custom sections/library, the order is non-refundable.
• Infographics: due to rapid production, orders are non-refundable once design work has started.
• UGC Vertical Ad: if your order requires you to send a physical product, you remain responsible for shipping the item to us. Orders are non-refundable once scripting/planning/production begins, including any work completed prior to the product arriving.

Subscriptions (where available)

If you purchase a subscription option, it auto-renews unless skipped/cancelled. You can cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Each renewal is treated as a new order and follows the same rules above (refundable only within 12 hours and only if production has not started).

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind
• Change of product/package after purchase
• Order delays caused by missing info, delayed approvals, or delayed product shipping (UGC)
• Performance outcomes or “results” (e.g., sales/conversions/ad metrics)

Revisions

If there are minor faults or small changes required to match your original brief, we offer free revisions within the window below, provided the request is reasonable and consistent with what was ordered.

What counts as a free revision

• Fixing typos or incorrect information that was in scope of the provided brief
• Minor copy tweaks (without changing the overall concept)
• Minor layout/design adjustments (spacing, alignment, small brand-style corrections)
• Minor timing/trimming adjustments for video deliverables (where feasible without re-shooting)

What is not a free revision (scope change)

• Changing the product/package after delivery
• New concepts or major direction changes after work is created
• Additional deliverables not included in the original order
• Rebuilding large portions due to new assets/offers/instructions not provided in the original brief

If your request is a scope change, we’ll let you know and can provide a quote for the additional work.
