For UGC Ads, we do not plan on integrating AI Faces or People your brands reputation by replacing real people with eerie AI faces
Where to provide images of my product for Infographics?
On the Infographic product page, we have included fields where you can provide us with your logo as well as any images or related media to include in your infographic.
We recommend using a Google Drive or Dropbox link if possible.
We may also seek additional media through content available on your website.
Where do I send my physical product for UGC Ads?
Once you place your order for one of our UGC Ads, you will receive an email with a postal address you can send your product to.
We operate our UGC network from Melbourne, Australia.
What's the difference between Story and Feed Infographics?
Story Infographics are perfect for both story posts and campaigns that involve formatting for Instagram or Facebook stories and have a 9:16 aspect ratio (vertical).
Feed Infographics are made to be shown in the feed for people to scroll and see, coming in a 1:1 aspect ratio (square).
